About Us
Paul Latham and his family have been serving up their famous Barbecue in the Jackson, Tennessee area for over 50 years. Paul Latham's Meat Company has become a landmark for great food in West Tennessee. After learning the trade while living in St Louis, Paul brought back his skills to the Jackson area in his first location in South Jackson. He and his family then moved to Lexington, TN where he opened a butcher shop and BBQ store. While in Lexington, Paul and his brother opened a location in Jackson on North Highland. As North Highland was enlarged, the location was torn down and the current building was built. With great success in the new building, Paul moved to Jackson and sold his location in Lexington. The Latham family is proud to serve the Jackson community and West Tennessee by offering hot breakfast and lunch buffets, old fashioned butcher shop, whole hog BBQ, and catering for any size event.
